Each budget booklet contains:

• A6 binder (23.5 cm x 17.5 cm)
• 12x Budget sheets
• 8x Pockets
• 2x Word stickers
• 2x Customizable stickers

Step 1: Establish your monthly budget

1. Note your income and expenses: Use a budget sheet to list your fixed income and expenses (withdrawals, variable charges).
2. Calculate the available balance: Subtract your expenses from your income. Round the amount down (e.g., €943.37 to €900) to keep a safety margin in your bank account.

Step 2: Define categories and amounts

1. Create categories: Identify monthly expenses (food, leisure, transport, etc.).
2. Assign amounts: Determine how much to allocate to each category based on your needs. Start with cautious estimates and adjust in the following months.

Step 3: Withdraw money from the bank

1. Check your withdrawal limit: Make sure it is sufficient or request an increase if necessary.
2. Withdraw the money: Use an ATM (preferably your bank's to avoid fees) to withdraw the necessary funds.

Step 4: Distribute the money into envelopes

1. Divide the money: Place the bills into envelopes corresponding to each spending category.
2. Track transactions: Note each money inflow and outflow in the tracking sheets associated with the envelopes.

Additional tip: The first month, it may be difficult to determine exact amounts. Start with priority envelopes and adjust amounts as needed in the following months.
